Typically Spring Cleanups start at the beginning of April, weather permitting. Mowing will start after in mid-April.
Typically, we stop mowing services the week before thanksgiving. As a rule of thumb, the first frost indicates about four weeks left of grass growth.
When you sign up for bed maintenance, our tech will treat all of your beds with a weed killer. This does not include hand pulling, but will be very effective for landscapes that are already well taken care of. If you need a full cleanup, please let us know!

We do not for residential homes; we’ve found maintaining the level of quality we expect is not possible. We do for some commercial or empty properties.
Simply call at least 24 hours in advance and we will take you off the schedule. We allow four calls in skips per season. If the crew comes out, they will do something, such as pull weeds, dial in the edging, etc. If you request the crew skip once at your home you will be charged full price, as most of our cost is sending the crew to your home.
We change our blades two to three times a week. When we are super busy, we hire a part time employee exclusively to make sure this important maintenance item never gets skipped!
For residential properties under 10,000 square feet of grass or turf we use 36”, for lawns over we use 52”. Let us know if you have a small gate so the right size equipment gets used. This leads to each team being specialized and only serving similar sized lawns, which means better more efficient service!
No, we leave the clipping as they act as a natural fertilizer for your lawn. After your tech is done mowing and weed whacking, they will blow off all hard surfaces into the lawn then walk the lawn to look over their work and blow our any clumps.
If your grass is super long before service please let us know so we can bring the right equipment and set price and expectations accordingly.
Please don’t leave anything out you don’t want destroyed, as small items are easy to miss. Please cleanup all dog waste, for the health and cleanliness of our techs, other clients and equipment we will NOT service an area with an abundance of pet waste.
